Join us on Saturday, March 15 at the Wausau Country Club as the Wausau Conservatory of Music presents "An Evening in Paris" Fundraiser Gala!
An Evening in Paris will feature four courses of authentic French cuisine, showcase WCM students with live performances and testimonials, have a silent auction and raffle, and honor WCM piano faculty member Ann Appelgate for 35 years at WCM.

*Those who have dietary restrictions and allergies will be provided with an alternative dinner*
First Course: Lyonnaise Salad (crisp Frisée lettuce tossed together with lardons, in a lyonnaise dressing topped with a poached egg and served with two hand-cut croutons)
Second Course: Baked French Onion Soup (house-roasted French onion soups broiled with provolone cheese and a toasted baguette point)
Third Course: Duck Confit (slow-roasted duck leg and thighs served with classical fondant potatoes & roasted squash puree topped with a red wine blackberry balsamic glaze)
Fourth Course: Truffle Sampler (two handcrafted rich chocolate truffles featuring notes of espresso)
